Before we begin, I’ll create a shared folder where you add relevant material to get me up to speed without taking a very detailed questionnaire. Things like sales decks, demo recordings, customer calls recordings, positioning and ICP docs, mission/vision, CRM and product usage data, etc.
I might ask to speak with a few internal SMEs as well.
I’ll round that up with additional research.
From time to time I might have additional questions for you or ask for feedback outside of our sync meetings.

If at the end of our 3 months you’d like to add additional assets, we could extend your package on a month-by-month basis.

I developed this framework years ago and it hasn’t failed me since. While I might get outside assistance with additional research, for example, you and I work together directly and I’m in charge of all the deliverables.

All engagements are minimum of 3 months. Invoices are due net +15 and you will receive them monthly starting at the beginning of the engagement.
